The company Tm Café SA (Talkwine) operates a wine and gin bar at rue de Romont 29/31, CH-1700 Fribourg, with the idea of creating a community around different values, aiming at using the business world as a force for the general interest
The clients of the bar can, if they wish, become members of the community by subscribing to two alternative offers: the standard founding member offer or the Premium founding member offer.
Each customer who subscribes to an offer is given a membership card that identifies him or her and grants the benefits described below.
By acquiring a membership card, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by the version of the terms and conditions published on the www.talkwine.ch website at the relevant time. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not acquire a membership card.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, especially in the event of a change in applicable law. Please check this page regularly.
Founding Member Offer
With the standard offer, the member card holder is entitled to receive a lifetime aperitif, i.e. a lifetime glass of wine (white, red or a mineral) every day Talkwine is open. The wine or mineral drink is left to the free choice of the Talkwine, but it will always be a quality drink selected by the Talkwine.
In addition, he will be able to enter the Crapule Club, Grand-Place 14, 1700 Fribourg, for free for one year. Drinks that are not taken are lost and cannot be accumulated. Moreover, the card holder will be invited to the test evenings before the opening and will have preferential prices.
Premium Founding member offer limited to 36 persons
With the Premium offer, the cardholder has the same rights as with the standard offer but he/she can come with up to 3 other people of his/her choice who will have the same rights as him/her, i.e. a free aperitif for life (with or without alcohol) and the entrance to the Crapule Club for one year for him/her and 3 people of his/her choice. The 4 drinks maximum must be ordered at the same time! In addition, the founding Premium member will always have priority on table reservations. This person will also have a name plate at the entrance and a Christmas gift every year, for life…
Price
The standard offer costs a one-time fee of CHF 250.00
The Premium offer costs CHF 1’500.00
Data protection
If you decide to become a member of the community, you may have to provide us with personal data about yourself (e.g. your e-mail address, your postal address, your age, your gender, your first and last name, your telephone number, etc.). This data is collected and will be used solely to enable us to offer you the benefits and services you have freely chosen. It will also allow us to get in touch with you, in particular to keep you informed of our various offers and news. Under no circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties, except to enable us to offer you the benefits and services that you have freely chosen. Miscellaneous
The membership card is also a prepaid card and can be loaded by scanning the QR code. In no case TM Café SA will refund a prepaid card. Nevertheless, the member can save his data by registering online, which will allow Crapuleclub to issue him a QR code with the same amount on it in case of loss of the card.
The replacement card will be charged 25.00. TM Café SA may offer an additional 10% on the amount of the prepayments, and this offer can be removed or modified at any time.
Membership cards are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable. Accompanying persons may differ for the Premium card.
The membership card may be withdrawn, without refund, from any customer whose behavior is deemed abusive by Talkwine and/or contrary to the values of the community.
